We're from Perth, located in Bullcreek, Western Australia. What are your shipping charges? TOP
We only charge actual shipping costs.
There are no additional fees for packaging or handling.
In the event that we are able to cleverly pack your parcel to save you on postage, we will refund you the additional postage charged. Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes we do. Same applies to shipping charges internationally. What is your preferred payment option? TOP
We prefer Bank Deposit or Money Order Payments (Australia only). Do you accept credit card payments? TOP
Yes we do but only in Visa or Mastercard.
A 2% surcharge is applicable for Credit Card payments. When will you send out my order? TOP
Orders will be posted out once payment registers or is cleared under my nominated account. Shipping Days are Wednesday and Saturday.
Payment for Orders cleared between:
~ Friday to Monday will be shipped on Wednesday.
~ Tuesday to Thursday will be shipped on Saturday. What happens in the event of lost parcels? TOP
Please request for postal options should regular mail not suit you.
I will take care in packaging your parcels but will not be liable for postal duration nor the condition (loss or damage) of shipment. How long will it take my order to reach me? TOP
Australia wide, depending on how your order is packed, it could take anywhere between 2 - 5 working days to reach you.
Internationally, it could take anywhere between 7 - 10 working days to reach you. |
