Read about you and the kilns after the show had already started in Melbourne, rang and left a message and was lucky enough to get a place in your next show tutorial my partner also participated. What a great invention and a talanted artist. Thanks for the new experience and more work to be produced......so many designs in mind, so little time |

Hi Pearl, I first heard about you on the Melbourne Craft & Quilt Show website. I immediately looked on your site and knew I just had to book into one of your classes. I was up at 5.30am to catch an early train so I could be at the show early enough to book in - I was so happy that there were places left and that I hadn't missed out. The class was fantastic and really well run, you covered so much in such a short time. I'm totally hooked! Thank you so much for spending time with me when I came back later in the day to purchase the kiln and supplies to get started. It was certainly worth getting up at 5.30am for! Thank you so much again. |

Hi Pearl - I saw you do demonstrations at the Perth Craft & Quilt show at the end of May and have been obsessed about getting a kiln, and it is so great to have something so unique based here in Perth - most things I find are over east. So am hoping that the family will come through for my birthday in September and I will be able to join your classes and get fusing. Thank you for all your help and answering all my questions at the show - very much appreciated and look forward to seeing you in a class soon. |

I attended one of Pearl's workshops at the 2009 Perth Craft Fair and was totally captivated by what is possible in a microwave oven. My friend and I hovered around Pearl's stall for quite a while deciding what we would buy! We both thought that this was the best workshop we had ever attended and we have been to quite a few. Pearl was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We have since attended a workshop at Pearls's home and could not be happier. We went over the allocated time as we had endless questions but Pearl answered them all with a smile. It was fantastic to discover this technique and then to find that I could do further lessons in my own area when so often at the fairs the exhibitors are from interstate was amazing. I have been busy creating and experimenting and can't wait to do more, this is very exciting. Thankyou Pearl. |

I discovered your website in a Handmade magazine that I had purchased. When I spotted the handmade glass fusions I thought WOW and I had to look further. I have only just started beading and trying my hand at patchwork and tend towards experimenting with attachments such as feathers, wool scraps, old buttons and buckles and laces from my mother's collections. What a shame you are not coming to the Craft Fair in Hobart June 26-28. I shall continue to check your website for inspiration. |

Hi Pearl,
Well, what can i say, i am soooo excited !! I first came across your website from looking through the sydney craft fair website, and noticed your workshop. It sounded intriguing, and led me to your website. Having looked through it and reading about it, i was even more excited, and vowed to book in to your workshop at the fair. To my dismay, when i got there on saturday, your workshops were already booked out, but i was told you were conducting demos in 20 minutes time. I was determined not to miss that and stood in front of your stall admiring your work while i waited. I did not want to lose my great spot LOL !! Anyway, after your great demo and explainations, i was hooked and knew this was what i had been looking for. I spent just about all the money i had saved up to spend at the fair on a kiln and various other supplies at your stall. I had been making jewellery for almost 4 years now and had been seeking something a little different. Lampworking was out of the question due to its huge monetary output, but this seems perfect for me!! I have not had the time to have a go at it yet as my son has been sick and has been very clingy, but i am determined to give it a go sometime this week. I will let you know how i go. I am already sifting through your website, trying to work out what else i will buy when i have some more money LOL !!
Thanks for introducing me to this fantastic craft, and if i can even achieve pieces half as good as yours i will be one happy camper!! :-
Cheers, Sharon |

My 30th birthday is fast approaching, and my Mum and Sister have been asking me what I want for the momentous occassion. I've been umming and arring to come up with something I would like for months now. Then I went to the Brisbane Stitches & Craft show a few weeks ago, saw the Microwave Kiln and the glass pendants at Pearls Creation's booth, and came away so excited I spent almost an hour on the phone to Mum telling her all about it. I've been beading for a while now, in need some fresh inspiration, and Pearls sure gave me some. My birthday is a month away now so just a few more weeks to wait - except I got so excited I ordered more supplies from the website before I even get the Kiln!!! |

Since doing the workshop at Craft Fest and buying all my supplies I have been LOVING this, Pearl!! The different combinations are endless. I have bought my dremel and once I get that set up I'll be trying out the CZ tutorial. The best thing of all is doing a piece late at night and leaving it overnight to cool off then waking up to find how it's come out!
Can you tell I'm still excited about this?!? hehe
Thanks Pearl for introducing me to this! |

Wow!What a fabulous invention the microwave kiln is.I was absolutely fascinated when I saw the ad for the workshop at Craftfest in Sydney . Having arrived at the show later than expected I was so disappointed that the class was already booked out. However, I spent nearly an hour at Pearl's stall on 8/3/09 and was treated to the best demonstration of using the microwave kiln and how to use it for fusing glass to create stunning jewellry. The patience of Pearl and her staff displayed whilst I bombarded them with questions is outstanding and I bought the kit and a few extras and CANNOT wait to start experimenting. I was so excited that I have been showing off today to all who will listen about the kiln and the show and shown all the wonderful glasses and cubic zircona that I bought. My teenage daughter and her friends will probably spend their time at our house in the school holidays exactly where I want them so I can see what they are up to and enjoy their company and will make themselves some jewellry.
Thanks for introducing me to another facet of glass work. It will add an extra dimension and be a whole lot easier than the lampworking that I also enjoy.
Thanks a million.

Hi Pearl Met you at Sydney Craftfest today and bought your kit. Your set up, demo and your patience is wonderful. Cant wait to get stuck into this. I will recomend all my friends/customers try this first before buying a 'real' kiln - same if not better results, and quicker process. Good luck with it Pearl. Carina |
